Our client is one of the largest financial services groups in Asia. They are committed to investing in people and technology to improve its customers’ experience and customer journey optimization. It is currently seeking to bring in best in class practices to lift its service standards to positive increase customer satisfaction and set the Bank apart from its competitors!

We are looking for a thought leader in customer experience to lead the Bank’s service channel customer experience transformation. You will spearhead strategic initiatives to redesign the retail business customer’s journey in a more customer centric fashion which will support business growth. To improve customer experience, you must understand the interaction through the customer’s eyes. You will pay attention to the complete, end-to-end experience customers have with the bank from their perspective; and use the customer journey to empower the front line, working directly with them in retail settings.

You are degree qualified with strong experience in service delivery, client strategy, customer engagement, ideally with experience from the airline or hospitality industry. You are passionate about helping to build people-focused organizations.
