Our client is a leading MNC within the FMCG industry and is looking to hire a Senior C&B Manager to manage 11 markets within the APAC region.
Reporting to the Head of Rewards, you will play a key role to develop the C&B policies on sales incentives plan and build the compensation & benefits framework for the markets within APAC.
You will integrate and align the sales incentives structure, pensions across the business entities in the region. In addition, you will be responsible for regional HR projects. A hands-on mind-set and approached is required for this position. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary bench marking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data.
In this role, you will work closely with the HR team in the local markets to ensure a robust rewards structure for the APAC region. As part of the people strategy, you will gather and analyse workforce information, bench marking and trends that will identify the areas for improvements and alignment.
To be successful in this role, the ability to influence the business leaders and process improvements are key for this opportunity. Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 years of C&B experience with a good track record in guiding the business in developing and implementing compensation strategies across APAC region. Prior in experience with Mercer/ HRBS will be an advantage. Ideally, you would have worked in a FMCG or Retail industry.
