Senior HR Executive - Global Headquarters

With strong Global presence, my client is looking for a Senior HR Executive with generalist experiences to join on a permanent basis.
Reporting directly to the HR Director, you will be overlooking the regional scope and partnering with local entities in regards to executing HR projects and HR related matters. You will be responsible in carrying out the Learning & Development function of carrying out training programs and planning talent roadmaps while driving employee engagement activities through various platforms. Furthermore, you will be executing regional training & core competency activities and driving the company wide employee communication channels.
You will also work closely with the C&B team for salary grading & review to benchmark against local and regional markets. Additionally, as the business is rolling out its HRIS implementation, you will be the lead Project Manager to ensure deliverables from various business units are kept within the timelines and the liaison for external vendors.
To be considered for this position, you will need at least 6 years of HR experiences as a full HR generalist, preferably regional HR exposure, the ability to self-motivate and ultimately self-dependant in this role.
