We are representing an established Global Financial Services Organisation and they are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to support the investment banking business unit.

Reporting to the Director of HR, you will be responsible for the roles based in Singapore and their global offices. You will need to develop strong working relationships with key business leaders in order to ensure the recruitment function is effectively supporting the business' talent requirements. You own and drive the full recruitment life cycle including operations and strategy. You will work closely with the HR Business Partners and business managers to source for talents, market mapping and building a strong pipeline of talent pool.

You will have a minimum of 10 to 12 years of talent acquisition experience with a proven track record of working within a matrix organisation. The ideal candidate must be able to work at strategic level as well as being hands-on and operational in execution. Strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to work with different stakeholders will be key for the role to be successful.
