An European pharma organization with strong global footprint, our client is recruiting for a Talent & Development Manager to drive the talent development and management agenda within the APAC region. Reporting to the HR Leader, you will work closely with the HR leader on Regional APAC Talent Management Strategy including driving the talent development processes & Initiatives continue to be relevant to the business needs. Identifying the APAC senior leadership team and ensure that the talent agenda initiatives focus on strengthening the talent pipeline and a continuity of succession planning.

Responsible for the learning and development framework for Asia Pacific region and ensure alignment with company strategies. In addition, you will drive employee engagement survey and action planning process for APAC. You will work closely with senior business leaders to drive the talent’s reward and development opportunities in the region.

Degree qualified, you will possess at least 12 years of Talent Development and Management experience. A self-starter, adaptable and high learning agility. Confident individual with strong stakeholder management to work with senior business leaders across the markets in the APAC region. You will have the hands on ability to deliver training needs where required.
