The Head of Asia Service Repair Center Operations implements all relevant aspects of lean manufacturing, logistics and distribution and implements concepts with 3PL for highly efficient product repair and spare parts management. The person strives for world class repair and spare parts delivery while understanding service business and customer expectations. In order to successfully execute the Service Strategy, the person establishes new flow line repair operations and runs efficiency improvement programs in existing bench repair operations. While striving for utmost customer support and satisfaction by providing operational service excellence, the person is accountable for the profitability (P&L) within the responsible service regions (CN, TW, SG, MY, JP, KR).

- at least 5 years of experience and proven success records in manufacturing and operations management (related to service operations) in particular knowledge in lean management and flow line logistics
Experience in managing a cross functional setup of service operations and service managers in major Asian countries (CN, TW, KR, JP, SG, MY)
Solid leadership and communication skills
