Talent Acquisition Specialist Leading Conglomerate Business

With leading presence in Singapore and expanding market share, my client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Human Resources Division at the HQ level on a permanent basis.
As this is an individual contributor role, you will report directly to the Head of HR and will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team in managing the hands-on 360 recruitment portfolio from the sourcing, interviewing, offer management and onboarding process.

As this is an important role, you will be responsible for the continuous pipeline of high potential candidates in the market, working alongside senior stakeholders in providing solutions and the continuous opportunity in collaborating in various HR projects and activities.

To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of 4 years of direct experiences within Talent Acquisition in an in-house/external organisation. You must also be able to work in a fast-paced working environment, self-motivated, independent and able to adapt to the changes according to business needs.
