My client is a multi-billion dollar organisation with increasing market share and continuous business expansion, who is looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to be based in Singapore..
Reporting directly to the Head of HR, this role will overlook the entire C&B division and will be based in Singapore. You will be responsible to design, plan and implement corporate compensation and benefits programs, policies and procedures. Furthermore, you will have the autonomy to implement C&B modifications while ensuring the achievement of competitive market reward strategies identified by the organisation.
In this newly created role, you will have the opportunity to analyse remuneration surveys to ensure the attractiveness and competitiveness of the existing compensation package in response to the business environment and market pay policy/practice and responsible to prepare all written and verbal communication to inform employees on the changes in compensation and benefits programme and other HR policies.
