Our Client, a Global Beauty Company is looking to hire a Logistics Manager for its APAC Travel Retail Business. They are now seeking for a highly capable and motivated individual to join the team based in Singapore.
Reporting directly to Supply Chain Director, you are required to manage and liaise closely with the outsourced third party logistics (3PL) on logistics related matters. As the Logistics Manager, you will manage and prioritize Import and Export shipment for Regional Distribution Centre. You will lead and supervise the Logistics Team on daily operations by reviewing monthly KPI and improvement actions. On a day to day basis, you will collaborate closely with Demand planner and Headquarter SCM for seamless smooth operations.
Ideally, you have at least 5 years of relevant experience with minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in FMCG, Travel Retail or Logistics industry. You are strong with leadership skills, high flexibility, responsible, self-starter and well organized. You possess good communication skills to all levels of the organization, the ability to deal with uncertainties and able to meet deadline in a fast-paced environment. You will be an expert in customer order processing system (SAP) and MS Excel. This role is a two (2) years contract role with potential opportunity to be converted into a permanent role.
