This premier financial institution continues to invest in progressive HR transformation programs. It is now recruiting a dynamic HR Transformation Manager.
You will lead the overall HR transformation change agenda across 18 countries in the region to achieve standardisation, productivity and adoption of new HR capabilities. You will define new target operating model and HR capabilities, and execute necessary change programs through working with various stakeholders including HR Business Partners, HR Product Specialists, CoE colleagues and business leaders. You will interface regularly with key leadership to define project priorities and implementation opportunities and challenges. You manage, direct and perform project management across a portfolio of HR projects to ensure consistent approaches and on-time, on-budget results.
Degree qualified, you will have relevant years of HR experience including proven track record in leading highly complex and large scale HR Transformation programs at the regional / global level. You are credible, tenacious, driven and possess strong communication, influencing and senior-level stakeholder management skills.
