Our client is one of the largest chemical company globally with a mission to help people in the world with what they do. Their Health & Nutrition business has been on tremendous growth and am now looking to bring in a talented individual to lead their Food and Beverage (F&B) segment across Asia Pacific region.
Matrix reporting to the Business Unit Marketing Director of APAC as well as the global head of marketing for the F&B segment, this role will be focused on driving the implementation of the segment strategy for APAC region. This is a customer creation role where you will work on developing concepts and customer-brand centric marketing, bringing the activities to market. You will help the sales and business development team to understand consumer trends and what solutions to push and promote in your assigned territories. You will also be responsible for innovative pipeline projects requiring you to have strong project management skills.
You will possess a bachelor degree in relevant disciplines (marketing, business or sciences) with 10 to 15 years' of marketing or category management experience in the F&B industry across Asia region. Prior marketing experience in the FMCG industry (F&B companies) will be required to have a deep appreciation of customer insights and to be closer to the customers. However, working experience with companies in the B2B segment (flavour houses, food ingredients, nutrition and health) will also be necessary to strike a right balance and to deliver results.
