This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing organization within the Healthcare industry. This is a newly created position as a Regional C&B Manager, APAC (including China & India) to support their growing business.
Reporting directly to the Global HR Leader based in Singapore, you are responsible for the salary and benefits design, development of salary structure, pay analysis, market benchmark. Develop and implement global C&B guidelines with in-country benchmarks. Handles job leveling across organisation and globally. Develop performance management strategy and HR processes.
You will play a pivotal role where you collaborate with senior stakeholders to develop and implement the country group compensation and benefits strategy based on the global philosophy, the relevant global directives, business needs and country market practices. You will play a key role to align the compensation & benefits framework across the markets.
A hands-on mind-set and approached is required for this position. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary benchmarking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data. As part of the people strategy, you will gather and analyse workforce information, benchmarking and trends that will identify the areas for improvements and alignment.
To be successful in this role, you must have the ability to embrace changes as the business is growing. Ability to design and establish C&B framework is a key mandate for this opportunity. Ideally you will have a minimum of 12 years of Rewards experience with a good track record in guiding the business in developing and implementing compensation strategies especially in China market.
