This is a premier payment institution which continues to invest for growth in the region. Due to internal mobility, it is now recruiting Head of Marketing Planning & Business Operations, Director.
Reporting to VP, Chief Marketing Officer for APAC, you will lead the marketing planning process, customer portfolio performance review, marketing program performance analysis, capital spending allocation and optimisation, connectivity and communication within various marketing teams and their alignments towards agreed marketing priorities, targets, decisions and culture. You will also support the CMO with change management programs in building a robust and effective Marketing function.
With more than 15+ years of experience in marketing, you are driven, highly analytical, commercially oriented and motivated by business impact. With strong stakeholder management, planning and change management skills, you will thrive working in a fast paced, agile and global matrixed environment. Ideally you will have experience gained in Consumer Product Group, Financial Services, Payment, Telcos and Retail (E-Commerce).
