Our client is a highly progressive Consumer Conglomerate Brand with an excellent work culture. They are now looking to hire a brand marketing manager to join its Singapore business.
You will be responsible for managing a wide spectrum of marketing initiatives to achieve the Brand's and financial objectives. Work closely with Sales to achieve financial growth objective for assigned brand through the development & implementation of the annual marketing plan. Develop, recommend and lead the execution of the marketing plan. Manage the effective deployment of the marketing budget. Manage the full marketing mix, including advertising and promotional funds, inventory planning and demand forecast accuracy. Create brand/product awareness, identifying new product/business opportunities, launching new products, as well as creating and implementing integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen the brand's market position and drive consumer off-take in the office channels.
You need to be a degree holder with at least 4 years of relevant marketing experience in FMCG / Consumer. Strong consumer marketing background complemented with strong commercial acumen demonstrated by good experience in managing P & L. Proven success working in a fast-paced environment (preferably MNC) where the strategic brand-building efforts are complemented by hard-driving promotional activities.
