This is a leadership role with a strong reputable brand. Our client has been experiencing exponential business growth within the Asia Pacific region. There is now a newly created position to join them as a Talent Acquisition Director, Asia Pacific. Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for the Talent Acquisition and Development for their Asia Pacific business including China.

As part of HR transformation, there is now an opportunity for a seasoned Talent leader to drive the new operating model. In this role, you will consult closely with the in-country HR team and business leaders in advising on full spectrum of talent issues such as on talent identification and review. You own and drive the full recruitment life cycle including operations and strategy. You will work closely with the HR COE team/ HRBP and business managers to source for talents, market mapping and building a strong pipeline of talent pool.

This position will require you to contribute at a strategic level in establishing the talent acquisition framework. You would work comfortably and be a change agent in a highly dynamic, fast-paced corporate environment. Possess strategic, creative, purposeful business thinking, maintaining a strong focus on execution while managing multiple issues and projects.

Ideally, you will have excellent, consultative influence management skills to lead and partner on talent needs. Establish, monitor and report key metrics to track hiring efficiently.

You will have at least 12 years of in-depth resourcing and talent acquisition experience gained in a fast growing, dynamic and innovative environment. Additionally, you would have exceptional stakeholder management skills with a collaborative approach to navigate complexities and build relationship across multiple platforms. You are credible, tenacious, driven and possess strong communication, influencing and senior-level stakeholder management skills.
