The client is an established global bank and they are seeking a Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) professional to join their regional Sanctions team based in Singapore. The bank is expanding its footprint across Asia and growing its FCC team. This is a highly visible and advisory focused role.
Reporting to the Head of APAC Sanctions, you will be leading the regional team in the implementation of Sanctions policies across the Asia business. You will provide advisory to business stakeholders on Sanctions related matters and keep abreast of Sanctions regulatory developments, advise the Bank on its impact and propose enhancements to policies accordingly. You will get the opportunity to participate in strategic bank-wide projects.
You are a degree holder with at least 6 to 8 years of experience in Financial Crimes Compliance (FCC) within the financial services sector. You should have a strong understanding of Sanctions laws and regulations; Corporate & Investment Banking activities and products. You are a team player with excellent stakeholder management abilities and communication skills. Prior experience managing a team is a bonus.
