Our client continues to have strong focus on transformation and innovation. They are now hiring a progressive and dynamic Employee Engagement Lead to drive and implement the programs across business groups.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be championing the employee engagement and branding initiatives. You will design and establish the Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to align with the business transformation. You will understand the Employer brand, needs and feedback of the employees. You will be developing and executing key programs to drive employee engagement. You will be the voice of the business to provide insights and develop initiatives that will continue to align employees to the organization’s core values and culture in support of the organization’s business objectives. You will have a strong desire to transform and innovate.
Degree qualified, you will possess a minimum of 12 years of experience with a strong focus on employee engagement and branding. in progressive and dynamic corporations. Exposure working at a group level, across multiple business units would be a major advantage. Excellent stakeholder management skills including the ability to lead and influence will be necessary for success in this role. You will have a positive ‘can do’ attitude and approach to overcoming obstacles. You are strategic in mind-set and tactical in delivery. Strong interpersonal and communication skills as well as a team mind-set will be critical success factors for this role.
