There is now a newly created position to lead and manage the HR Analytics team in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will be responsible for HR Analytics team that will leverage human capital data and analytics to identify talent attraction and retention strategy. You will build and set up the team to focus on creating the fundamentals of the data & analytical assets. This platform will be used to identify human capital trends of employee value, employee engagement, skill set inventory, retention solutions and succession planning solutions.
Your role is pivotal to the success of being a change agent to influence business stakeholders towards the adoption of a data-based approach to achieve a holistic view on the current/ future human capital landscape in the organization. This will help to identity trends on attrition and gearing towards a high performing culture.
You will drive and implement strategy for Human Resources in optimized staffing strategy. You will be involved for annual manpower budgeting exercise. Work closely with the COE team on the implementation of HR policies to ensure consistency on all HR practices throughout the organization. Ensure effectiveness of performance management framework and system. Deliver HR strategies with the main focus on building leadership capabilities, people measures management, employee engagement and corporate policies.
You will be a graduate in HRM or Statistics with more than 6 years of experience in Human Capital Analytics or Workforce Planning. Ideally, you would come from a sizable organization; highly energetic, possess strong leadership and communication skills. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years in managerial capacity within a MNC environment. You will have solid knowledge in Analytics domain such as HR analytics or Customer & Marketing analytics. You will be familiar or have a keen interest with statistical or financial modelling.
