This is a leading financial services organisation with an established regional footprint. They are aggressively expanding their market presence. We are delighted to be working with one of our clients to help appoint a SAP/SuccessFactors Business Analyst for their Group HRIS team.
Reporting directly to the Head of HR Technology, you will be a key member of the HRIS team to support the implementation of SAP HRMS and SuccesFactors modules, quarterly change requests, system support and HR Datamart. Working with internal users and cross-functional teams, you will develop and translate business needs into functional requirements
As a functional business analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, design/review solutions, stakeholder communication, training, building test plans and executing test cycles. You will work closely with internal IT department throughout all project phases and continue to support and maintain HRMS after implementation.
You are degree qualified in Computer Science with at least 12 years+ of relevant experience in implementation and system support of SAP HRMS and SuccesFactors modules. You must have technical expertise in SuccessFactors HR modules such as recruitment, onboarding, LMS, JAM and/or SAP HCM, specificially in Organisation Management and Personnel Administration.
You have proven ability to elicit user requirements, define project scope and develop process documentation. A strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills to influence and interact well with stakeholders are key to success.
