Our client is a prestigious organization within its own industry. There is now an Associate Director, HRBP opportunity to support one of the business units.
This role will undertake both the strategic and operational role collaborating with senior leaders in delivering critical HR frameworks and initiatives aligned to support the organization's objectives. Reporting to the HR Director, HRBP you will collaborate with Senior Leadership team and and Shared Services HR team to develop appropriate solutions and provide expert advice on a range of HR matters and initiative that address the talent agenda.
Be a change agent to innovate and uphold the talent strategies, frameworks and programs to support the organization's vision. Business partnering with on opportunities for continuous improvement and the delivery of seamless HR services consistent with the People Strategy. Strong knowledge and experience in the field of talent management, career development, performance management and leadership development.
You will have at least 10 years of relevant progressive HR experience. Proven experience in working with Executive level, and cross functional teams to deliver successful HR outcomes in a dynamic environment. Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate in a complex organization environment. Good understanding and practical application local employment law and HR practices, and be familiar with the emerging HR trends. You will possess strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence, negotiate and communicate in building strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
