This is a leading international player within specialty chemicals, specializing in flavours and fragrances. Consistently lauded for its innovation and significant market share, there is now an exciting opportunity for a Credit, Revenue and Treasury Manager to join them in their Regional Asia Pacific team based in Singapore.
Reporting to the Head of Finance based in Singapore, the regional finance manager will be key go-to person for matters relating to i) credit risk management, ii) sales and revenue, and iii) regional treasury. The finance manager will play a lead role in developing and implementing the policies around credit, revenue and treasury. He/ She will continuously review and standardize the credit control, collection, sales order, rebates, agency and distributorship contract reviews. The finance manager will also lead the reporting and analysis of credit, collections, and sales/ revenue metrics. In relation to treasury matters, the manager will oversee the banking facilities, cash flow planning and monitoring, as well as related FX and hedging strategy oversight as determined by head office.
The ideal candidate should be a degree qualified CA/CPA with 10-12 years’ relevant commercial experience within a progressive multinational in credit, collections, sales finance. Those who have covered treasury management will have a distinct advantage. You will be described as meticulous and an effective communicator. Due to the need to manage a team and manage multiple locations across Asia Pacific, you will be a proven team manager.
