Our client is a Global Private Equity with diverse assets globally. In support of its continued HR transformation, it is now recruiting a high caliber Talent Acquisition (“TA”) Project Manager, Director / Associate Director.
You will understand current state of TA, define its future state, build a plan and drive the TA transformation. You will build a TA function that is holistic and seamless by aligning it to broader corporate HR and individual HR unit’s strategies and business needs. You will partner with HR peers in identifying how TA function has an impact throughout the employee life-cycle and define how TA should operate from policies, process, capability, branding and governance perspective. You will keep abreast with TA development and continue to make appropriate recommendations to maintain the effectiveness and progressiveness of the function.
Degree qualified, you will possess at least 15 years of broad HR experience including HR business partnering or / and talent management, so as to be able to align TA function to the broader HR / employee life-cycle. Candidates with experience in new-economies companies with progressive TA function are preferred. With strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills, you are strategic, commercial in your approach, highly credible and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
