Our client is a global leading FMCG organisation in its own category. There is now a HR Operations Manager position. Reporting to the Head of HR, you and your team will be responsible for HR Operations in the Singapore market including HRIS, Budget & Forecasting, HR Compliance and Mobility.

Your role will ensure all HR key and operational risks are addressed and/or mitigated through effective control procedures. You will ensure that all HR policies and procedures are maintained, reviewed and updated regularly. Oversee the Payroll and processing of all employee life cycle process. You will manage the People Cost and Budgeting process tightly, including tracking actuals against the budget during the year. Drive excellence in data protection and policy in compliance with PDPA. Manage incoming and outgoing of expatriates’ locally on tax matters and be the main HR contact for expatriates regarding all international assignment matters

You will have a proven track record with at least 5 years of solid generalist HR Operations experience preferably gained within FMCG industry. Knowledge or experience with SAP HRIS system will be an advantage.
