An Employer of Choice, our Client is the leader in the Consumer FMCG space and they are aggressively expanding their business in Asia Pacific. With their expansion plans, they are now recruiting for a Regional Procurement Manager to head their team in Singapore.

You will define the purchasing strategies for the region, define the best supplier portfolio and best practices for APAC. Working closely with the regional team, you will provide a level of category expertise and experience to support sourcing initiatives to lead high priority strategic sourcing projects as needed. As the Regional Procurement Manager, you will optimize cost and maximize value creation opportunities impacting P&L. You will also capture innovation opportunities from internal/ external sources and lead the various strategic projects.

You are degree qualified with at least 8-10 years of experience in procurement in a FMCG/ Consumer Product/ Retail organization. You have a strong track record of good judgment and mature business skill with the ability to build trust with all levels. To succeed in this role, you would be associated with the following traits: analytical and comfortable with numbers, strong team player and flexible. You are highly familiar with system and data management especially MS Excel and SAP Procurement.
