The Client is a billion-dollar global footwear company, with more than 15,000 employees worldwide. As the company undergoes major brand rejuvenation, they are looking to hire a Store Design and Project Management Manager (SEA) to lead the transformation journey by improving the store environment.
Reporting directly to the President of SEA, you will be responsible for Shop Fitting and Project Planning. This involves working closely with SEA business partners on new store openings, refits and closing, while managing the project timeline and ensuring that stores are in accordance with global guidelines. You will also work closely with the Global Store Planning team in designing and proposing furniture layouts, lighting fittings that are in line with directions from global.
Together with a VM executive, you will also be implementing effective visual merchandising in retail stores (own retail, business partners and distributors) and ensuring effective delivery of the global brand image. This involves designing and creating special displays, floor plans for promotions, new openings, pop-ups and events.
You will need to possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in Store Design/Project Management, with a few years in a regional position. Experience in the Footwear/Beauty/Fashion industry is a plus. To do well in this role, you should be a driven and energetic go-getter with excellent communication skills.
