With a strong footprint across Singapore, this global organisation is currently expanding the Human Resource Team in search for an enthusiastic senior HR Specialist in Learning & Development.
Reporting directly to the Head of Talent, you will develop L&D strategies for the business and deploy in-house training curriculum linked to the competencies required for the business. You also need to work closely with the HR Talent team on the succession planning and talent development of various business units within the organisation. This role will require you to support the team in identifying various talent management programs, identifying and implementing suitable practices while supporting the stakeholders on potential leadership assessment processes. As part of the role, you will be required to manage the L&D budget, drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
To be considered for this position, you should possess a University Degree of any related field and a minimum of 6 years of experience in L&D, content development and delivery, workshop facilitation, OD and change management in MNC environments. To be successful in this role, you must have strong communication skills and comfortable working with senior stakeholders, an energetic & self-motivating attitude and most importantly a key eye for detail.
