Our client is a Global Producer of Fuel Additives and am currently recruiting for a Singapore-based Head of Sales for APAC role to lead the team forward in the region.
Reporting to the Global Head of Fuels, you will be leading a team of Technical Sales Account Managers based across North and South Asia to regional segment profitability and delivery of deployment programs for customers. Your tasks include the development of regional marketing and product strategies as well as the overall technology deployment activities in the region. You will help the team in prioritization of commercial and technical customer activities and be accountable for respective customer and distributor relationships.
You will have at least 8-10 years of sales leadership experience managing a sizeable team across Asia region. Prior experience in the fuels/additives industry will be well regarded; while applicants with strong relevant functional experience in the Chemicals industry will also be considered. Strategy analysis & planning skills, good commercial acumen and excellent customer relationship management background will be pillars of success for this role. People leadership/management and technical knowledge/awareness are also factors greatly considered in this hire.
