Our client is the leader in the Consumer FMCG space and aggressively expanding their business in Asia. They have a highly stable planning team and with its recent internal mobility move, they are now looking for a high calibre Regional Supply Planning, Assistant Manager. You will be responsible for the overall supply planning for Singapore regional distribution center to achieve target service level in APAC for both inventory and costs objectives. You will own the portfolio and the numbers driving forecast alignment across the business by effectively managing various stakeholders through positive and proactive collaboration. You are confident in making decisions in order to drive service level and business performance on weekly and monthly processes. You proactively track sales against the forecast to ensure any under or over consumption is understood and corrective action is taken immediately.
You are degree qualified with at least 5 years of solid planning (supply and/or demand) experience in the FMCG industry. You are able to use ERP systems such as analytics tools (SAP, BI, APO, e-tools) and Microsoft Office Excel. You are strong with analytical skills, detail oriented and possess strong business acumen. You have good communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with stakeholders. You are confident in challenging status quo and highly adaptable to change.
