Our client is an established renowned organization within the Consumer industry. There is now an opportunity for a newly created position for a Senior Compensation Professional managing APAC region.
Reporting directly to the Head of Rewards, APAC, you are responsible for the salary and benefits review, co-development of salary structure, pay analysis, market benchmark. Streamline and implement regional C&B guidelines with in-country benchmarks. Handles job leveling across organisation and working closely with the HR in-country teams.
You will lead the design, evolution, and results analysis & reporting for the Sales Incentive Plan programs. Collaborates with the commercial stakeholders to drive Global and APAC consistency, sales operations efficiency, and sales effectiveness. Leads special regional Compensation projects.
Champions system, process, and program improvements that facilitate the efficient operation and effective reporting of sales variable compensation programs and ancillary sales motivation programs.
You will work closely with local markets to develop gap analysis and propose recommendations. You will work independently and has a good working experience in sales commission incentives plans, salary banding, job leveling and policies across the region. Manage Annual Performance Cycle for the region during Goal Settings and Annual Reviews.
You will gather and analyse workforce information, bench marking and trends that will identify the areas for improvements and alignment. You will analyse competitive trends in compensation and benefits such as to lead and conduct salary review exercise, salary bench marking, annual performance and rewards exercise. Develop, implement and review procedures to monitor and review salary policy, guidelines and streamlining work processes. Perform job analysis and evaluation for each job position and prepare data and participate in surveys and reviews of data.
Ideally you will have a minimum of 8 to 10 years of C&B experience with a good track record in implementing compensation strategies/ programs in the region remit including APAC. You will be proficient in Excel tools with the usage experience in pivot tables.
