The Client is a billion-dollar global Automotive company with presence around the globe. As the company undergoes regional growth, they are looking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to cover the markets in SEA and Australia.
As the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for supporting, developing and driving sales results (retail, allocation and wholesale) for vehicles with assigned Retailers, so as to meet business objectives. You will perform weekly forecasts and manage the performance of Retailers in market sales activities by effectively employing competitive and market data.
You will develop strong commercial relationships with the senior management of the Retailers, ensuring that they are aligned with the Brand’s business strategy, and that they have the appropriate resources to deliver a suitable level of customer experience and achieve sales targets.
Reporting to the Head of APAC, you will ensure that all Retailers conform to the Brand’s operating standards. You will also work closely with the Marketing team to develop an annual marketing plan, and review the effectiveness on the plan on a frequent basis to take into account any changes in market conditions.
You will need to possess at least 7 years of relevant experience in High-End Automotive sales. Experience in a regional position is a must. To do well in this role, you should be a driven and energetic go-getter with excellent communication skills.
