Our client is a global Beauty Brand company which has strong ambitions for the region. Due to the anticipated growth in the markets, there is now an opportunity for a Brand Director, APAC role. This is a high visibility role to launch a new brand.
Reporting into the VP, APAC, you will be responsible for the launch of the brand and setting the mid and long term APAC strategy for this new brand. You will drive and deliver innovation, renovation, category-led growth projects to the agreed milestones and timeline as well as develop regional marketing plan and distribution plan to ensure consistency and efficiency in APAC region. Working with the local teams, you will also manage P&L and gives best marketing mix to increase profitability of each country.
You are degree qualified with at least 10 years proven experience in marketing and communication in the cosmetics industry. Past demonstrated regional experience in brand and product management and also the ability to develop concepts and product innovations. You should be someone who is prepared to be entrepreneurial and take ownership.
