Our Client is a renowned global beauty organization and continuously growing their Asia Pacific business. They are now seeking for an Indirect Procurement Manager specifically for the visual merchandising/ store design categories which are critical drivers to ensure the business secures best value but minimizes risk and maximizes opportunities.
You will be responsible to support and implement the category development of regional category strategies and expand spend under indirect procurement management for each of the sub-categories in scope. You will spearhead the pipeline building of sourcing initiatives/opportunities and delivering those opportunities once the approach is aligned. You will act as the subject matter expert (SME) in APAC for both the categories sourcing and procurement planning. You will support the development and implementation of procurement standards, processes, tools and policies. You will establish a strong collaborative working relationship with key stakeholders within the group while supporting corporate team’s priorities.
You have acquired minimum 8 years of indirect procurement experience preferably with indepth knowledge of visual merchandising/ store design in a regional capacity. Prior experience in the beauty industry gained in matrix MNC environment is highly preferred. You have hands on SAP/ ARIBA experience. You have demonstrated sound judgment, decision making and management skills with proven negotiation skills.
