Our client is a premier investment corporation with diverse interests globally. It is recruiting a high caliber Organisational Development or Employee Engagement professional to join its dynamic Organisational Development (“OD”), Human Resources division.

Reporting to the Head of OD, you will deliver strategic people agenda in support of achieving the organizational mission, business strategies and development. The function covers a broad spectrum of activities including organisational planning, cultural change, organisational design, employee engagement and communication. You will design communication content in ensuring employees are engaged and aligned to the organizational development, and corporate values and intent are properly communicated externally. You will project manage and work with different part of the bank in delivering strategic and tactical people programs.

Degree qualified, you will have a strong OD, Employee Engagement or Employee Communication experience in a dynamic and innovative environment. You are technologically inclined, internationally inclusive, and comfortable with adoption of new normal and change (eg transition to digital platform and data intelligence world).
