Reporting directly to the Director of Organization Development, your role includes organisational planning, cultural change, organisational design, employee engagement and internal communication. You will be defining Employee Value Propositions (EVPs) for talent acquisition, driving employee messaging in embracing and adapting change.

You would have a minimum of 8 years of experience in a multinational company, preferably in a global bank or a fast paced environment. Ideally, you will have both experience of OD, employee engagement & communication. High level of creativity and conceptualization or design. Strong organisational and project management skills. You will be comfortable with adoption of digital and data intelligence. Experience in HR Analytics will be an advantage. Strong interpersonal skills with the maturity to work with different stakeholders.
