Job description
- Candidate sourcing and recruiting within the semiconductor and electronics industry to find suitable candidates for respective positions by using different methodologies
- Talent Pipelining – Identify business mapping and detailed research tailored for business forecast and planning.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to appropriate job boards, social media etc.
- Assist in the recruitment and selection processes by effectively liaising with the candidates and consultants.
- Provide general administrative support to the Consultants.
Requirements
- Around 2~3 years of working experience, preferred semiconductor, electronics or/and consultancy business experience.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skill.
- Persistent, patient, curious about technology and be able to work in a dynamic environment.
