Audrey commenced her career in executive search in 2001. She is a founding member of Kerry Consulting’s Commerce and Financial Services practices and currently leads our Human Resources practice. Audrey has deep experience running C-suite and senior leadership search mandates in Singapore and Asia to identify top talent for global and regional companies, ranging from industry giants to startups. She currently focuses on mandates in the CHRO and Regional/Country HR Leadership space, and HR verticals including HR Generalist / Business Partnering, Compensation and Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Change & Transformation and Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Before joining Kerry Consulting in 2004, she worked with a leading international recruitment firm and began her career in Arthur Andersen’s Audit and Business Consulting Divisions. Audrey is an ASEAN scholar and holds an honours accountancy degree from Nanyang Technological University (Singapore).
