Joy joined Kerry in 2015 and leads our Human Resources Practice within the Consumer, Retail, Hospitality and Health & Life Science industries. She joined the search industry in 2008 and is responsible for senior HR mandates across the region, including Head of HR, HR Business Partner, Total Rewards, Talent Management & Learning, Organisational Development, Change Management and Talent Acquisition. Prior to her search career, she was a Marketing Manager with a leading Telecommunications firm. She holds a Master of Science, Telecommunications Management from Murdoch University, Australia.
