Sharon is a member of the Legal and Compliance Practice and specialises in mid to senior inhouse and private practice roles in the APAC region. Prior to joining Kerry Consulting, she spent 8 years with an international recruitment firm, recruiting across the Legal and Finance & Accounting practices. In her earlier career, she worked for a Big 4 accounting firm and subsequently moved into banking before embarking on her recruitment career in 2014.

Sharon graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy from Singapore Management University.
