Our Client is a reputable international QSR brand with strong global presence. They are now hiring for a Supply Chain Manager, APAC and the role is based in Singapore.
As the Supply Chain Manager, you are responsible for the end-to-end supply chain and strategic sourcing supporting APAC. You will drive the growth and structure of SCM and S&OP strategies within the region while developing team technical capabilities. You will manage and coordinate the Supply Chain team across all countries in the Asia Pacific region. You will spearhead the SCM Audit and set up road maps and compliance processes at both regional and local levels. You will lead the overall supply chain operations by providing direct oversight/ best practices to demand/ supply planning, S&OP, process improvement, customer service, warehousing, distribution, transportation and business service activities. You drive cost reduction initiatives and regional contract negotiations, identifying alternatives suppliers.
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years’ relevant work experience gained from the QSR, F&B or FMCG industry. Relevant experience in the industries of food and/or franchising (or business with a similar nature where you need to work with and influence teams without direct authority). You have gained an end-to-end regional supply chain experience in your career. You are strong with analytical skills, detail oriented, meticulous and an effective communicator. You are tactful in influencing both internal and external stakeholders.
