Our Client is a fast growing Pharmaceutical Group which is investing in the growth of this region. With its transformation in mind, we are hiring for a Head of Sales and Marketing to oversee the evolvement of the commercial organisation across globally.
Reporting into the COO, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies and deployment for the Group. This position oversees sales and marketing teams across APAC, Europe, MENA and LATAM to drive top line results. Managing a team of 3, you will be responsible for creation of global branding strategies including positioning, segmentation, messaging, brand image and other essentials of the marketing mix as well as recommend and execute product pricing strategies for each region. Being the face of the Group, you will be proactive in developing customer relationships and participate in maintaining goodwill with current KOLs. Work with Business Development team, you will develop key business opportunities by supporting commercial analysis including forecasts, competitive insights and partnering synergies.
As the right candidate, you will be Science Degree qualified with at least 12 years of solid marketing experience in the pharmaceutical business. Experience in Diabetes and Oncology business is highly preferred. Demonstrated experience in global business analysis and global forecasting with proven ability to communicate clearly and present key information objectively to all levels of the organization including executive management.
