Our Client is a leading FMCG – Foods and Beverage Company in Asia. As it continues its ambitions of growth in SEA, they are now hiring an outstanding leader as their VP, Marketing Innovations – Product and Commercial Asia. The role is based in KL.
Reporting into the President, Asia you will develop an in-depth understanding of key consumer, shopper and customer needs and linking these to business strategy/ brand positioning to develop meaningful innovation ideas and bring to life these ideas working with a diverse multi-functional team. The role will require collaborating closely and influencing country leadership to understand their requirements and to align the innovation agenda as well as working closely with global teams to identify opportunities for re-application and securing resources. Managing a regional marketing organization, you will oversee all the marketing operations and activities such as market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, advertising, public relations and new develop product (NPD) in each business unit.
You should be degree qualified with at least 15 years’ FMCG experience, especially in food and beverage categories. The ideal candidate would have a blend of both commercial and marketing experience. Proven track record of turning around businesses, driving innovation and lead changes. Strong project management skills and results oriented and able to champion best practice and tools across the organisation.
