This is a global financial services organisation with a strong footprint in Singapore. There is now an excellent opportunity to join as a Country HR Director also covering the regional learning & talent management function. Reporting into the VP HR, you will work as an advisor to business units across APAC.
This highly visible and critical leadership role will involve overseeing and driving HR best practice and a defined learning & development strategy across Asia. A strategic yet hands-on mandate, the role sits in a matrix structure and is fully responsible for all aspects of HR for the Singapore office.
Key responsibilities include covering main areas of Learning & Development, and developing and implementing programs that are aligned with global talent priorities. Key deliverables are to build leadership development, succession planning, HIPO and workforce analytics strategies and programs that attract diverse talent. Additionally, you will carry out employee learning strategies to ensure that the organization is sufficiently skilled to effectively execute current and future business needs.
Ideally you are degree qualified with strong HR generalist and talent development background of at least 15 years or more in MNC environments. You must be able to build rapport across all levels and markets, demonstrate strong leadership abilities, and display a partnering mentality. You are strategic in mindset and tactical in delivery. Candidates with team management experience are preferred.
