This is a renowned manufacturing organization with a strong footprint and branding in Singapore. There is now an opportunity for a Head of HR with a country portfolio to lead the HR team. You will sit with the leadership team and be a trusted advisor to the Country Business leader.
Reporting directly to the Country Business Leader, you will manage a HR team and be responsible for all aspects of HR Business Partnering for across all business units including performance management, organization development, rewards, talent selection & management, HR Processes, and strategic business planning.
You will play a pivotal role to work closely with the Country Business leader's commercial strategy and actively participate in senior leadership decision making, develop a robust learning & development agenda, lead change management initiatives, and create an innovative and commercially focused HR team. You will have the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and foster cross-functional relationships. You will have strong interpersonal skills to build rapport across all levels, demonstrate leadership abilities, and display a partnering mentality.
Degree level education in human resources or a related field. 15 + years' experience in human resources management with a large, multinational company and ideally in a manufacturing environment. It will be an advantage if you have prior experience in industrial relations. Minimum of 5+ years' of people management experience is required.
