Our client is a global leader within its category. Reporting to the Global Head of Industrial Relations, you are responsible for overall labor relations strategy for the Asia Pacific region, including China, Korea, Australia, Singapore and Japan.

You will manage a team in the region to oversee the day-to-day Industrial Relations needs for various business entities.

Your role is key to establish and build rapport with external third parties including unions, government entities and and internal business stakeholders. You will be responsible to align collective bargaining, organization initiatives planning & implementation, process improvement and change management relating to industrial relations.

Ideally, you will be degree qualified in HR or related field with minimum of 10 years of experience with strong technical background in industrial relations/ labour relations in Asia.

You will be a self-starter able to work remotely from headquarters and manage a distributed team. A mindset of lean and process improvement and an ability to communicate at all levels of an organization is required. Organizational savvy and the ability to collaborate with others while still achieving results in a timely manner is essential.
