We are pleased to be working with an established global financial services organisation which has a strong track record of stable growth. It has now embarked on a journey of people transformation to prepare the company for its next lap of growth.
Reporting to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, this is a regional leadership role in driving the regional talent agenda encompassing talent acquisition while ensuring its alignment to business goals. This role needs to manage a small team in Asia in strategizing and executing talent initiatives to develop a high calibre talent pipeline across the business to enable future growth. You will need to interact with a broad spectrum of stakeholders providing subject matter expertise on all talent acquisition strategies, policies and leading cutting-edge programs to ensure attraction of and engagement with top talent.
The person should have a good mix of strategic and operational experience within progressive and complex multinational environments. It's a pacey environment so we are seeking people with dynamism and the desire to work in an intense and demanding environment. You have excellent stakeholder management skills and good analytical and metrics orientation. Proven track record of working across different countries and having a global mindset will be essential.
