The Alliance Manager will assist in managing the overall relationship of key strategic partners in the ASEAN / South Asia Region. You will enable cross-collaboration with the key strategic alliance partners, create and execute joint strategic plans and drive market development activities that increase the revenue from Consulting, Implementation and Managed Services partners.
This role will develop and implement win-win partner programs, sales processes, go-to-market strategies, and business development initiatives that drive revenue growth and market expansion across the region. You will build and drive joint strategy and business plans for Partners that includes compelling joint value propositions, clearly defined go-to-market strategies and progress tracking metrics, Contribute to the development of key partner infrastructure, processes, training, and operational initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience operating at the senior executive levels (ideally leveraging existing relationships) whilst also having a solid understanding of the aligned partners business model and individual organisational matrix.
You would have at least 10+ plus years' global alliances experience in Enterprise Software (including Cloud). Proven track record of managing Tier 1 platform, global SI and enterprise application partner relationships is a must.

You must have demonstrated the ability to build consensus, resolve conflict, and drive resolution of complex business challenges. Experience developing large accounts through partners, selling a combination of products and services is a must.
You shall possess strong capabilities in building and executing strategies, presenting sales plans, setting milestones, measuring performance and being accountable for results.
Past experience of working in Global SI and previous experience in Direct Selling is an advantage.
