This is an excellent opportunity to join a Hospitality Chain with global presence. They are now looking to hire a dynamic individual as the Brand Strategy Director, APAC for their fast growing APAC business.
Reporting into the SVP, Brand Management APAC, you will develop and execute Asia brand priorities while leveraging on global support. Working alongside various stakeholders, you will support the understanding of current and evolving consumer needs and lead and coordinate regional competitive intelligence and benchmarking. You will also manage the analysis and monitoring of each brand's performance and owner profitability, and provides recommendations accordingly. Supporting the VP, you will follow up on all brand initiatives such as development, project pipelines, profitability studies, etc.
As the right candidate, you will have at least 10 years of experience in Strategic Planning, Consulting or Commercial Brand Management with strong academic credentials. Exceptional numerical and analytical skills are a must with the ability to deal with complex concepts. Prior experience working with franchisee partners is a major plus. To succeed in this role, you would be associated with the following traits: High level of influence, ability to relate well to changes and deal with ambiguity.
