Our client is a highly progressive Consumer Brand with an excellent work culture. Here is now an opportunity for a high calibre CRM Lead to drive their APAC customer loyalty and customer relationship management (CRM) practice.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, APAC, you will provide functional CRM expertise and leadership across the APAC region. Leveraging loyalty data, you will develop strategy, execute, measure and improve CRM by working across functional departments and markets. Working with agencies, you will develop multi-channel, targeted marketing efforts and ensuring ROI on marketing investments. You will also work collaboratively with data analytics agency to identify CRM opportunities for APAC markets and also be the face to global on the needs for APAC Loyalty programmes needs.
You are degree qualified with at least 8 years of CRM experience with a consumer brand. Sound commercial acumen with excellent data analytics and interpretation skills. To succeed in this role, you would be associated with the following traits: Results oriented, High attention to details and ability to manage change effectively.
