Mandai Park Development is a rapidly expanding attraction, looking for a motivated and experienced VP, Asset Development to identify, conceptualize and implement strategies to manage current and future assets to drive revenue growth.
You will identify, lead and manage Retail, F&B and MICE strategies, ensure that the strategies meet revenue targets and demonstrate strong knowledge and understanding of target markets. You shall proactively explore new ideas and opportunities in Retail, F&B and MICE so that visitors can increase their expenditure when at the attraction. These strategies and ideas should support investment case for the project. You will also work actively with the Design and Construction team on the design and development of the spaces to ensure that these spaces fulfill the needs and specifications in accordance with the strategies post construction. Similarly, you will also actively look at other revenue streams including the programming of the total asset and also future consultancy projects.
As the right candidate, you should be highly energetic and self-driven individual with at least 15 years of relevant exposure. Possess past success in asset management/ commercialization of projects with a large commercial/ retail property developer. Possess strong leadership, teamwork, creative, strategic, analytical and negotiation skills.
