Our client is a leading sales, service and support provider for industrial equipment and related components, catering to a variety of different industries and applications. As part of the leadership team, this role is focused on building overall operational performance, effectiveness, and profitability of its service centers across the region. You will be working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to implement innovative solutions to help achieve the organisation’s objectives.
You will be accountable for the business operational excellence by utilizing some of the company's innovative tools and processes as well as identifying system and talent gaps where applicable and come up with appropriate solutions to address them. The role also involves building capability in people and process, including customer satisfaction, channel readiness, training and development programs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a tertiary qualification in engineering or equivalent, with at least 6 years of relevant working experience. Track records of developing a high performing team are highly desirable, as is exposure to Six Sigma methodology. You will also need to have the affinity to using data to support decision making where appropriate and possess excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
